  在屏東產業園區，我們打造了一座專業化的工業噴塗工廠，專注於金屬與塑膠材質的高標準表面處理。為了確保每一件產品都符合車規級要求，我們引進多套先進設備，從前處理到最終烘烤，全程嚴格控管，堅持以最高品質交付每一筆代工訂單。

  主要設備

  1. 半自動化噴塗生產線

  設有吊掛及平噴兩種塗裝生產線，應付各種塗裝需求，包含底漆、面漆、金油等多層處理，適合汽車、機械、電子、五金、文創商品等各類應用，皆可洽詢合作。

  2. 高溫精密烘烤爐
  工廠內配備高精度溫控烘烤爐，能依照不同材質與塗料需求，調整適當溫度曲線，確保每次烘烤成型穩定。

  3. 噴塗機械手臂
  我們導入機械手臂自動噴塗系統，可進行多角度精密作業平面噴塗，具備高速運作與高穩定性，能大幅提升生產效率與噴塗均勻度，減少人為誤差，適合大量生產且品質要求嚴格的汽車電子零組件。適合車用零件、機車鈑件、平面塑材塗裝。

  4. 嚴格品質檢驗設備
  設有色差計、光澤計、膜厚測試儀、附著力測試儀等設備，全面檢測成品品質，確保每批出貨符合客戶規範。

  We have established a specialized industrial coating facility in the Pingtung Industry Park, dedicated to high-standard surface treatments for metal and plastic substrates. To ensure every product meets automotive-grade standards, we utilize advanced equipment and maintain stringent control throughout the entire process—from pre-treatment to final baking.   Primary Equipment / Key Facilities

  1。Semi-Automated Coating Production Lines

  Equipped with both overhead conveyor (hanging) and flatbed spraying lines to accommodate diverse coating requirements. We handle multi-layer processes including primer, basecoat, and clearcoat. Our services cater to a wide range of applications—such as automotive, machinery, electronics, hardware, and cultural/creative products. Inquiries for collaboration are highly welcome.

  2。Precision High-Temperature Curing Ovens

  Our facility is equipped with high-precision, temperature-controlled curing ovens. They allow us to adjust the temperature profile according to different materials and coating specifications, ensuring stable, consistent curing and cross-linking for every batch.

  3。Robotic Spray Painting Systems

  We have integrated robotic automated spraying systems capable of multi-angle, high-precision flat panel coating. Operating with high speed and exceptional stability, these robots significantly enhance production efficiency and coating uniformity while minimizing human error. This system is ideal for high-volume production with strict quality demands, such as automotive electronics, motorcycle body parts, and flat plastic substrates.

  4。Stringent Quality Inspection Equipment

  Our inspection lab is fully equipped with colorimeters, gloss meters, film thickness gauges, and adhesion testers. We conduct comprehensive quality inspections on finished goods to ensure every shipment strictly aligns with customer specifications.
